When can I cancel an order?
If the order is cancelled before the product is shipped, your total amount will be refunded.But if the order is cancelled after the product is shipped, you will receive a refund deducting the courier charges and bank charges.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Order for refund deducting the courier charges and bank charges.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 1800-419-8897 or drop an email at within a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!
    Please note that "Huetrap's 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear.
    Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Huetrap team.
    Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy
    Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Huetrap's 30 Day Returns Policy."
    Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges

Can I cancel or return a part of the order?

You can cancel or return a part of the order in case you have not availed any offer or discount. But if you have availed an offer or a discount of any kind, you will be entitled to size exchange only.

How long will the refund take?
In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and you will be credited within a week. In case the order has been returned, you will be refunded within a week of us receiving the product back, provided the product is neither damaged nor used and is returned with the original product packing.

How will I be refunded in case of a Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking order?
The order amount would be refunded after deducting courier & bank charges to your account.

How will I be refunded in case of a COD order?
Your COD refund can either be in the form of a cheque addressed to the recipient and sent to the shipping address provided or in form of NEFT after deducting bank and courier charges. Please provide the following information to for a quick refund : Account Holders Name, Account Number, Bank Name, IFSC Code and Branch Name.

How do I return the product(s)?
You have to download the 'return form' from our website under order cancellation & exchange link. You will need to fill the return form and send it alongwith the product. For your convenience we have a free pickup facility for the product to be returned. Contact our Customer Connect team to know more about this facility.

In what condition must the package be in case of return or exchange?
The product must be returned to us in the original packing with the tags attached to the product in saleable condition.
